A custom thumbnail is required for home page recommendations
Roblox says games with only the default thumbnail don't get impressions from home page recommendations. Thumbnails should match what players actually do, because Roblox now weighs long-term retention, and a flashy image that doesn't match the game loses players fast. Tips
- Keep text and key details away from the bottom edge, where Roblox can overlay player counts.
- One clear subject per icon, with strong contrast. Test it at 150 pixels.
- Test new thumbnails alongside big updates, then leave them alone until the next one.
