Corrections, takedown and removal requests

How to report wrong data, request removal of a creator page, or submit a copyright notice.

Last updated · Draft version

What you can ask for

  • Data correction: a statistic, classification, creator attribution or metadata change on BloxIQ appears to be wrong.
  • Creator page removal: you are the Roblox user (or an authorised admin of the Roblox group) shown on a creator page and want it removed or limited.
  • Game page removal: you own an experience and want its public BloxIQ profile hidden.
  • Copyright or trademark notice: content shown on BloxIQ infringes your rights.
  • Privacy request: for requests about your BloxIQ account data, see the privacy policy.

How to submit

Use the contact form and choose "Takedown / removal request" (or "Data correction" for errors). Please include:

  1. The BloxIQ link(s) concerned, or the universe ID / creator name.
  2. What is wrong, or what you want removed, and why.
  3. For removal requests: how we can verify you own or administer the account or experience. A simple method is to temporarily add a code we send you to the experience description or your Roblox profile "About" section. We will never ask for your password or cookies.
  4. For copyright notices: identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge requests by email and aim to respond within 5 working days (a goal, not a guarantee).
  • Corrections: if confirmed, we fix the data or classification, recompute affected scores, and note material corrections in the changelog.
  • Verified removal requests: we hide the creator or game page from public view and from the sitemap, and stop showing the creator name on public pages. Aggregate statistics that don't identify the creator may remain in market-level research.
  • Copyright notices: we remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice.
  • If we decline a request, we explain why.

Our approach

We only show publicly available information about experiences and their public creator names. We do not profile players, collect private analytics about others, or publish personal contact details. If you think we've got the balance wrong, tell us.
